Why Should I Consider the ReZist-It Building System?

If you plan to own, occupy or build homes (or other buildings), there are many excellent reasons to consider the ReZist-It building system.

Comfort - One of the most exciting features of your ReZist-It home is the physical comfort achieved in an environment that is more easily controlled. You will find your home to be very quiet and clean because it is very well sealed, yet environmentally safe for its occupants.

Thermal Performance - Concrete built walls and concrete block walls were originally designed to be structural, not insulated. With the ReZist-It building system this insulation is an integral part of your structure. The insulation is solid, there is no air movement within the wall, and there are no openings to act as thermal leaks. The metal frame surrounding the panel has six bends from one side to the other and is sandwiched between two insulating materials allowing for no thermal leaking due to dissipation, whereas the heat or cold disappears before reaching the inside of the panel.

Strength - Global Pacific Technologies has established engineering criteria for most natural disasters. Our calculations prove that the ReZist-It building system far exceeds the United States building codes which are among the most stringent in the world. The component parts conform to ASTM standards. This home has been designed to withstand 155 mph winds and will resist the stresses created by a Zone IV earthquake. Engineering data is available upon request for the roof and structure of our ReZist-It homes. Note: It is extremely important to always ask for engineering details stamped by a registered engineer, for any building system.

Quality - While straight walls are virtually impossible to achieve with concrete block wall construction, the ReZist-It building system assures you of straight flat walls with no bulging from out of line blocks. A continuous surface provides an even base for exterior coatings, requiring less material and controlled costs. This is an advantage for interior finishing as well as for the hanging of cabinets and pictures.

Speed of Construction - With pre-planned and pre-engineered designed homes, significant labor savings and construction loan interest savings will be realized.
