The cost of any home is significantly dependant upon design.  While ReZist-It panels are generally more expensive than the exterior wall materials in concrete block, wood or metal construction, major savings are realized from labor and time of construction. The fact that it is insulated to an R-30 provides another major advantage and cost savings. Our completed basic 800 square foot home will run approximately $40.00 to $65.00 per square foot with quality finishing components. This, of course, will vary according to the choice of amenities by the builder or home owner.  You should realize between 15% to 20% less than stick-frame or metal frame construction.
