The entire building shell can be assembled using only a torque wrench and a screwdriver, yet it offers much longer life cycle than present day home construction. All component parts meet tough ASTM standards.

Once assembled the system meets very stringent seismic and wind-load requirements. There is no requirement for on-site framing or adding wallboard.
