Global Pacific Technologies, LLC (GloPac) was founded in 1994 by Frank MacDonald and his wife Susanna Novy MacDonald.  For over 48 years, Frank has been a key player in the development of the structural insulated panel manufacturing industry. For years he saw various panel products come into the market place; they all had shortcomings and problems that he knew he could solve.

Frank and Susanna set out in the Spring of 1994 to develop and produce a low-cost alternative building system that would have global applications. Based in the California San Francisco bay area, Frank has spent the last 15 years developing, patenting and refining a low cost, highly durable and easy to erect alternative to the current industry standard of expensive and inconsistent wood framed structures.

In the process, Frank and Susanna have assembled the industry's leading management team and the attention of global governments, humanitarian groups, and industry leaders.
